Pre-Sale Home Inspection
A pre-sale inspection enables you to address problems before you even put the house on the market. It also removes any questions about the condition of your home, improving the speed, price and likelihood of a sale. Repairs or maintenance issues can be addressed prior to placing the house on the market. Then when a potential buyer gets a Home Inspection, the report will look much cleaner. You can save $100 by doing this, read on.
The inspection process is the same as a typical Home inspections (see "Inspection Info" tab above for description), during which time the house is examined from the ground up.
By focusing on the condition of your property, you are less likely to overlook a defect or material fact for which you could later be held liable.
A thorough home inspection covers more than 1,000 items, everything from the foundation to roof,
C.A.L.M. Home Inspections give $100.00 back to the seller if C.A.L.M. performs a Home Inspection for a potential buyer on the same property with in 3 month of the Pre-Home Inspection. This is our way of rewarding sellers for being proactive.
